Our product is made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, which helps it resist corrosion and rust. The double direction blending and high shear homogenizer mixer allows you to blend your products quickly and easily. And it's all controlled by a PLC panel that is simple to operate.
The vacuum defoaming and vacuum sucking the products into vacuum emulsifying pot ensures that no air bubbles remain in your products after they're blended. You can also control the heating temperature and homogenizer working time with this machine. Just set it up with your preferred settings, then let it do its thing!
A hydraulic lifting system makes cleaning and maintaining this equipment easy as pie—just lift off the top piece of equipment and put it aside while you clean everything else!
Water and oil phase pre-heating is another great feature of this mixer: use it to heat up different types of ingredients before they're blended together into one beautiful cream lotion or whatever other cosmetic product you're making today!
