Properties of the mixture
All mixture characteristics can be separated by mechanical methods (e.g. purification, distillation, electrolysis, chromatography, heating, filtration, gravity separation, centrifugation). Mixtures differ from compounds in the following ways:
The substances in the mixture can be separated by physical methods such as filtration, freezing and distillation;
Mixtures form with little or no energy change (see enthalpy of mixing);
Substances in a mixture retain their individual identities.
In the example of sand and water, neither substance undergoes any change when mixed. Although sand is in water, it still retains its properties when it is out of water;
Mixtures have variable components, whereas compounds have fixed, definite molecular formulas;
When mixed, the individual substances retain their properties in the mixture, whereas if they form a compound, their properties change.

Introduction of mixing tank with agitator:
The stainless steel tank has good sealing performance, and the sealing design completely eliminates the harmful substances in the air and the invasion of mosquitoes into the tank. The stainless steel tank has strong corrosion resistance and is not corroded by the residual chlorine in the outside air and water, so as to ensure that the materials are not polluted by the outside world.
Principle and structure of homogeneous mixture tank:
The tank is mainly composed of box, mixer, manhole, inlet and outlet, cleaning port, etc. The upper and lower parts of the tank body are designed as conical heads, and there is no dead angle for cleaning. The product has advanced design and manufacturing technology, reliable performance, heat dissipation, insulation performance and health standards are in line with the advanced level.
1. The inner and outer layers of the tank can be equipped with polyester foam to prevent the material temperature from losing in the tank. The material has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, light weight, high strength and low water absorption, and has good heat preservation performance.
2. It can be equipped with Miller version heating cooling layer, which is suitable for sterilization and cooling of materials such as juice and milk. It can be directly filled with ice water, hot water and hot steam.
3. Pneumatic valve and electric control panel can be added to automatically control the material in and out, the switch of mixing and the heating and cooling temperature of the material in the tank.
