Definition of the vacuum emulsifier:
This means that when the material is under vacuum, it will use high shear emulsifier to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases to another continuous phase. The powerful kinetic energy generated by the mechanical effect will process the material in the narrow space between the stator and the rotor. Through more than 100,000 times per minute of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact, crushing and turbulent operation, the material will be uniformly dispersed and emulsified immediately. After the high-frequency reciprocating cycle, stable, high-quality, and fine finished products without bubbles will be obtained.
