Description of the Homogenizer Stirrer

The main emulsification mixer consists of a high speed rotor stator homogenizer and counter-rotating centre agitator and wall scraper. The homogenizer, centre agitator and wall scraper are all mounted from the top of the cover. The oil and water phase mixers have exactly the same construction. There’s a high speed disperser mounted from the top of the cover which helps dissolve the ingredients. Some customers will omit the oil and water phase mixers and keep the main emulsification machine only.

The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is composed of main pot(emulsifying pot),a water phase pot and an oil phase pot, vacuum unit, up-and down system, electrical control system and the motor frame etc.

Safety protection system of face cream making machine :

◆There is no vacuum to lift the lid.

◆The lid cannot be lifted when the mixture is opened.

◆The stirring cannot be started when the lid is raised or the lid is not covered.

◆The dump does not reset and the lid cannot rise and fall.

◆The lid does not rise to the highest point and cannot be dumped.

◆Stirring, homogenizing overload, or automatic shutdown of grid overvoltage.

◆The main pot cooling water is automatically drained when the interlayer pressure exceeds the set pressure.

◆There will be a buzzer alarm when the main pot beam rises and falls

◆The electronic control system is equipped with an emergency stop button to prevent immediate stop in case of emergency.

◆Safety signs (Chinese and English) are attached to the equipment rack and electrical box and the eye-catching operation.
