What is the difference between an emulsifying pot and a stirring pot? Difference:
Vacuum; the emulsifying pot can be vacuumed, but the stirring pot cannot.
Emulsification; the kettle of the emulsifier has a homogenizing head, which shears the raw materials at high speed, so that the raw materials are effectively refined. After vacuuming and defoaming, the raw materials produced by it have fine, smooth and clean properties. The mixing pot only has a homogenizing motor and not an emulsifying motor.
The emulsifying pot acts on cream products with high viscosity; the stirring pot acts on liquid products with low viscosity.
In terms of shape design, the material is stirred through the center of the upper part of the pot body, and the PTFE scraper always caters to the shape of the stirring pot, sweeping away the sticky material on the wall, so that the scraped material continuously produces new interfaces, and then passes through the blades and the rotating blades. Cut, compress, and fold to make it stir, mix and flow down to the homogenizer under the pot. The material passes through the process of strong shearing, impact, turbulence, etc. between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. The material is cut in the shearing gap and quickly broken into 200nm-2um particles.
Because the mixing pot has fewer ingredients, the mixing pot is generally used as an open-lid type, and there are fewer utensils on the top than the emulsifying pot.
